    What I did for my Naruto wig is I took chunks of hair, bobby pinned them together and held them up as a sprayed them. I sprayed them with both Vavoom hairspray and Got2B. I sprayed the spikes atleast.. 5 times or more to make sure they stay. I left the bobby pin in it as I sprayed it and let it dry over night. In the morning it was dry and the bobby pins came right out and the spikes stayed up ^^ Some might fall but.. i just srpayed over them again. Sorry if it doesn't make sense. Its the first time i described this to someone. Hoping to make a video tutorial soon~
